Login Help

1. How do I access my Baseball Tutorials account?

It's super-easy. Just go to the login page, enter your email address and password, and hit the Login Now button.

You'll be directed inside your Baseball Tutorials account, where you can access the programs you have purchased.

2. I never received a username or password

Immediately after purchase, we automatically send an email to you from Coach Kenny Buford with the subject line "Thanks for Purchasing..."

Go check your inbox for that email now. Make sure you check the same email address you used during purchase.

If you don't see it, try searching for it using "Coach Kenny Buford" as your search term. Also check your Spam or Promotions folder to see if it went there by accident.

Still no luck? Go to the forgot password page, enter your email address and hit Send Password, and we'll send you instructions to reset your login credentials.

If none of that seems to be working you can use the Live Chat button on this page (during business hours) or contact us and we'll manually reset the password for you.

3. I forgot my password. Help!

Don't worry - it's easy to reset your password.

Just go to the forgot password page, enter your email address and hit Send Password, and we'll send you instructions to reset your login credentials.


4. How do I change my password?

Go to My Account, then scroll down to Change My Password.

5. I can't find the products I purchased

If you're able to login to your account, but don't see the products you've purchased, here's what to do:

1. Locate your order receipt from your email inbox

2. Use the Live Chat box or send us an email. Make sure you include your order receipt info, and the email address used to make the purchase

3. We'll get back to you within one business day and make sure your account is all set
